The laughs, the smiles
The pain, the guilt
The faces, places
The loss, the fear
The love. Unloved
Life full, black void
Empty heart
Closed mind
Thrills and spills
Found and lost
So fast. Fleeting
Moments free
Not enough.
Without You.
This poem was inspired by one line from the film An Interview with a Vampire:
“Life has no meaning for you anymore, the wine has no taste, food sickens you and there seems no reason for any of it”
I felt that way for a very long time and some days I still do………..

So sad Lisa. I am so sorry you have to go through all of this. But I can understand. Lots and lots of live, and many hugs to you. This piem describes your feelings so well xxxx

Thise moments are allowed, Lisa. I truly do feel for you, having lost your life partner. It is not what you expect to happen. And I can only imagine the deep void. Take care of yourself. I bet your horrible windy weather is not helping much at the moment, and being marooned in. Wish I was cliser. We could have a blast together! Xoxo

Thanks Lorraine, that really means a lot.
We do have really strong winds at the moment but at least the sun has come out today. I tried to go out yesterday but all the roads were flooded so I didn’t get very far!
I wish you were too – we’d have so much fun :O) xxx

Impressive lines, had that moving effect on me. Great job emoting the thought from this one dialogue in the movie

Losing someone important to us can make everything useless. Not enough, is exactly right.
